Releases & Restock:
Products will be restocked monthly depending on demand. Releases will be announced via our social media network along with our email list.
Processing & Delivery:
Order processing time is typically within 7 days due to all orders being prepared in-house, without the use of dropshipping. We take pride in our quality of product, and therefore require a respectable timeframe to complete.
Orders are mailed on a weekly basis, typically every Monday. Please allow 5 to 21 days for items to be delivered, depending on location. Street Cats Automotive (Soul Corp) is not responsible for any or all import fees or additional fees aside from initial shipping expenses.
Returns and Exchanges:
All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to provide a return or exchange program.
We take pride in our quality of work. If you receive a product with a defect, please email us with a picture displaying the defect. Replacement products MAY be provided on a case-by-case basis, provided a manufacturing error exists. We do not provide refunds. If the item was a limited run an alternative may be provided.
All one-time or used items are final sale; all defects/alterations will be displayed in listing. When purchasing these items you are agreeing to the condition of the item as advertised.
All automotive items are used for off-road/display use only. We are not held liable for any issues/failures/citations involved with sold items.
